Initial Phase
First meeting at your home to discuss your project and needs and to present the usual and necessary stages of a space development project. Presentation of our preliminary project offer via videoconference, followed by payment of the first deposit to validate and start our collaboration.
Preliminary Project
Preliminary session at your home to identify your needs, tastes, and lifestyle. Then, analysis, measurements, and photos of your garden. The studio then presents a master plan and an illustrated brochure of the atmospheres, along with an estimated budget. The cost of the work is subdivided by space, allowing flexibility and planning of the work.
Project
Refinement of the project and dimensions, study of technical details: technical ground plans, possible sections, and plant lists. Possible models and illustrated proposals of materials, carpentry and metalwork elements, lighting, and furniture.
Authorization
Preparation of the authorization file (photo report, description, scaled plans, layout plan, elevations, and sections), submission of the file on the e-demarches platform, follow-up on feedback from state services. Exchanges with pre-advisory services and providing supplements if necessary.
Call for Tender
Drafting of a detailed tender accompanied by various plans and technical elements. Sending the tender file to two or three local landscaping companies. Depending on project needs, requests for offers to other trades: plumber, electrician, carpenter, metalworker, awning specialist, pool builder, etc. Negotiations and awards, establishment of the total budget.
Site Supervision
Work planning, weekly or more frequent visits if necessary, delivery checks, coordination of different trades, communication on site progress, invoicing management, transmission of project documentation, and project completion acceptance.
